As the material of the plastic film base material of the release liner, a polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate; -; polyvinylchloride; polyimides; polypropylene, polyethylene, ethylene polyolefins such as propylene copolymer thermoplastic resin such as polycarbonate and the like. Plastic film, non-stretched film and stretching may be either (uniaxially stretched or biaxially stretched) film.
