Material of the plastic substrate

Material of the plastic substrate, such as poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET), such as polyester, poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) acrylic resins, polycarbonate, triacetyl cellulose, polysulfones, polyallylates, such as agent, trade name “Aton (Arton) (cycloolefin polymer; manufactured by JSR)”; there may be mentioned a plastic material, such as such as trade name “(manufactured by Nippon Zeon Co. cycloolefin polymer) fifth quinoa (Zeonor). In addition, the plastic material may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Such a plastic material film or sheet made of at least one (hereinafter also referred to comprehensively as “plastic film”) is used as the transparent substrate. The highly transparent plastic film is preferred for use as the transparent substrate.
